Babber knows the power of a woman! With fifteen years of pageant experience, she has been both a competitor and titleholder
for ten pageants. As medical director, speaker, educator and a physician with expertise in women's mental health,
Dr. Babber has made her mark, becoming one of the first health experts in the nation to combine a platform of beauty along
with mind and body wellness. She has been instrumental in the creation of The Winning Doc Enterprise designed to educate on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health and has founded PageantDoc, a venue for providing pageant contestants with mental health education.
Named one of America's Top Psychiatrists in 2007, Dr. Babber is highly requested for conferences, quoted in
newspapers and frequently interviewed on television including Ask the Expert on KPLC-TV and a TVGuestpert. She has also hosted her own talk show, Winning With Wellness: Where Beauty Meets Health on VoiceAmerica. Dr.
Babber has co-authored A Healthier You featuring Deepak Chopra and Billiy Blanks and Rising to
the Top with Les Brown, Patricia Ball and Jim Rohn. She is also authoring two upcoming books, Winning
with Wellness and Depression is My Business.
Dr. Babber currently serves as Medical Director
and has a private practice in Southwest Louisiana. Her expertise is in women's mental health issues including
pregnancy and post-partum mood disorders, domestic violence, eating disorders and trauma. Dr. Babber is well-known
for her advocacy in prevention and education of psychiatric disorders. She has been a recognized
faculty member and a favorite among medical students and residents leading to several teaching awards.
